Normal Skin
Normal skin is well balanced and supple. It may be slightly oily in the T-zone (forehead, chin, and nose), but overall sebum and moisture are balanced and the skin is neither too oily nor too dry. To keep the skin's balance will require just as much attention and care as any other skin type.
Skincare Regimen
Morning
Cleanse
The best thing for your skin is to start your day with fresh and purified skin. So cleanse your skin thoroughly by massaging a cream cleanser to wake up your skin as it gets a wash.
Tone
After cleansing, spray toner on your skin to refresh and balance its pH.
Hydrate
The most important care for the skin is maintaining proper hyrdration. Therefore, apply a drop or two of hydrating serum to start your day with a healthy hydration level. This hydration boost is especially critical if your day includes time in the sun, extreme weather (hot, cold, dry, windy, etc.), pollution, lots of indoor artificial light, or stress.
Nourish
To strengthen your skin's protective and restorative functions, massage a drop or two of an all-natural oil serum that absorbs quickly and thoroughly without clogging your pores.
Moisturize
Cranberry Moisturizer
Green Coffee Eye Moisturizer
Moisturization is different from, but related to, hydration. By moisturizing the skin, you will seal in the hydration and give your skin the added layer of protection against environmental aggressors and free radicals throughout the day. So apply a light moisturizer to help your skin stay vibrant. Also make sure to apply your anti-aging eye moisturizer for the delicate areas around the eyes.
Evening
Cleanse
Organic Calendula Cleansing Oil
Rosemary Cleanser
Immediately after returning home for the day, cleanse your face to clear the pores from dust, impurities, and pollution and let your skin breathe. If you wore makeup or SPF, consider a double-cleanse process with an oil cleanser as the first step, followed by a cream cleanser.
Tone & Hydrate
Organic Rose Toner
Rose Hyaluronic Serum
After cleansing, apply your toner and hydrating serum as done in the morning.
Bedtime
Massage
Organic Chamomile Night Oil Serum
To invigorate your skin by promoting blood flow and oxygen supply, massage your skin with an oil serum that is rich with nutrients nightly. The massaging motion will also help absorption of oil serum and strengthen your skin's regenerative function while you sleep. Last but not least, it will calm your facial muscles and nervous system and relax your body for a more restful sleep.
Moisturize
Cranberry Moisturizer
Green Coffee Eye Moisturizer
Help your skin retain its hydration throughout the night by a light layer of moisturizer. You may wish to combine your moisturizer with one drop of your oil serum in the palm of your hand and apply the mixture into your skin. Don't forget the delicate skin around your eyes.
Weekly
Exfoliate
Coconut Exfoliant
Pineapple Enzyme Exfoliant
Once or twice a week, exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells, unclog the pores, and remove impurities from your skin.
Apply Mask
Bamboo Charcoal Mask
Bilberry Antioxidant Mask
Papaya Enzyme Mask
Hibiscus Mask Powder
Spirulina Mask Powder
Each week, set aside a time to pamper your skin (and yourself) with a nutrient-rich mask to feed your skin and your soul with a restoring rest, two key requisites for a glowing skin. Experiment with different masks as each has its own characteristics, benefits, and feel.
